Function Design specification:

1.Base identification: All light base has corresponding carved identification for customer to recognize them ; All light base has one- to- one switch so that it’s easy to control and test lights.
2. Internal circuit : Strictly divide into AC and DC . AC base has identified suffix“- AC”. DC base has identified suffix“- DC”.
3.Parameter display of AC base: The electric parameter of AC base can be display as these: voltage, current, power, power factor, annual electricity consumption( as 8 hours a day to calculate in the software) and annual bills consumption.

Annual electricity consumption(KW/h)=（Power *8*365）/1000

Annual bills consumption= Annual electricity consumption(KW/h)*bills
4. Dimming function design: Dimmer and its switch. There are 2 positions of dimming switch: DIMMABLE(Y) and NON- DIMMABLE（N）, if put it to DIMMABLE(Y),then all dimmable lights can be dimmed; if put it to NON- DIMMABLE（N), then all dimmable lights cannot be dimmed. This function can be used to check if the light have dimming function. Silicon controllable dimming.Dimmer the max power is 150w.
5.Parameter of GU10/E14/E27/MR16/G24/G9/G5.3/B22/E40 /T8 base can be displayed. The base type can be customized according to customer’s requirement.
6. There are 3 wire clips ( two AC output and one DC output) and 1 universal socket( AC output) , easy for connection and extended function, corresponding parameters can be tested.

7. There is a storage box for small object. Have two sides of base to protect the box body.

8．AC voltage value regulate output range is 0-300V.but this regulator input voltage only AC 220V. voltage is AC 300V the regulator max power is 500W（when output voltage is AC 110V the regulator power is 183W and output voltage is AC 220V the regulator power is 367W）

9. DC electrical parameter ：Voltage、Current、Power、Annual Consumption（KW/h）.DC 12V Switch Power is 60W and DC 24V Switch Power is 120W.Switch power input voltage is AC 110V/220V，more than AC 220V switch power broken.

    1、Check whether any dirt or metal material is inside the lamp socket. 
    2、power input cable plugs into an electrical socket;
    3、turn on the power switch;
    4、luminaire access the respective socket interface;
    5、open next to the lamp holder independent control switch
